All goods sold are non-refundable except:

1. Failed Delivery

2. For damaged goods during delivery.

You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days upon receipt the products. If 7 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Return and exchange request cannot be made in following cases: 

• - When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days upon receipt the products  
• - Any item not in its original packing and label
• - When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
• - Has been used
• - Damaged for reasons not due to our error

You are required providing order number, invoice details and photos in order to qualify for the possibility of an exchange.
